New Product Development (NPD) Manager

Job requirements

  • Drive the development of new cosmetic products in line with client briefs,
    market trends, and regulatory standards
  • Evaluate raw materials and technologies to recommend innovative solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during product development
    phases
  • Translate customer briefs into actionable development plans
  • Ensure all NPD projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on budget
  • Coordinate stability testing, compatibility, claims substantiation, and artwork

R&D Senior Manager

Job requirements

  • Lead the formulation development process, incorporating Vedic principles and
    natural ingredients into cosmeceutical products. Collaborate with cross-
    functional teams to create effective, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
    formulations.
  • Oversee the production scale-up of formulated products, ensuring a seamless
    transition from lab-scale to commercial production. Collaborate with
    manufacturing teams to optimise production processes and troubleshoot any
    issues.
  • Oversee stability studies to assess the shelf-life, efficacy, and safety of
    formulated products. Implement protocols to monitor and evaluate stability
    throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain detailed records of formulations, production processes, and stability
    studies. Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and
    internal audits.
  • Engage with external experts, herbalists, and research partners to enhance
    the authenticity and efficacy of Vedic cosmeceutical formulations.

QA Executive

Department - Quality Assurance, Number of open positions - 4

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good
    Laboratory Practices (GLP) on the shop floor
  • Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing and filling operations
  • Review batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR)
    for completeness and compliance
  • Investigate non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints, and assist
    in CAPA implementation
  • Coordinate with production, QC, and R&amp;D to ensure adherence to SOPs and
    quality systems
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, including change controls,
    deviations, and audit records
  • Support internal audits and assist in regulatory inspections
  • Conduct training sessions on quality systems and SOPs for operational staff

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related sciences
  • 1–3 years of experience in QA within cosmetics
  • Sound knowledge of cosmetic regulatory standards
  • Familiarity with documentation practices
  • Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

QA Manager

Department - Quality, Number of open positions - 1

  • Review and approval of QA/QC related Documents like SOPs, STP,
    Specification, Validation/Qualification Protocols, APQR, analytical worksheets,
    calibration Records
  • Conducting Internal Quality Audits, Internal cGMP Trainings and compliance
    to Regulatory / Third Party / Customer Audits, Regulatory Submissions
  • Handing of Quality Management System activities like Incidents, Deviations,
    CAPA, Change Control, OOS, Vendor Approval, Vendor/supplier audits,
    Market Complaints, Product Recall and return and failure Investigations
  • Preparation and Review of Quality Manuals, Site master File, Quality System
    procedure, Water System validation, Process Validation
  • Ability to handle team members as well as inter department personnel to
    perform under pressure
  • Validation activity, line clearance at various stages of production, deviation
    and non-compliance reporting, raw material dispensing
  • BMR / BPR / Finish Product QC report Review, Finish Product Release,
    Approval of RM / PM Requisition / Return Sheets
